1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the V-Card Activation Promotion ("Promotion") offered by Vantage Global Limited ("Vantage" or "the Company"), a company registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under Registration No. 700271. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

The V-Card is issued by a licensed third-party card issuer. Vantage does not issue cards, does not act as the card issuer, does not extend credit, and does not make or control any decisions relating to card approval, issuance, activation, suspension, or termination.

All aspects of card issuance and activation are subject at all times to the card issuer’s terms, policies, eligibility criteria, compliance requirements, and regulatory obligations. The card issuer reserves the sole and absolute right to approve or decline any card application, or to suspend or cancel a V-Card, with or without notice, in accordance with applicable laws and card network rules.

Participation in this Promotion does not create any right, entitlement, or expectation that a V-Card will be issued or activated, nor does it constitute a guarantee of card approval or continued availability of card services.

This Promotion is supplemental to, and must be read together with, the applicable debit card terms and conditions governing the V-Card (the “V-Card Terms”). In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Promotion Terms and the V-Card Terms, the V-Card Terms shall prevail in respect of all matters relating to card issuance, activation, use, suspension, or termination.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is available from 11 May 2026 to 30 June 2026 ("Promotion Period"), both days inclusive.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to clients who meet the following criteria:

  • Must hold a valid V-Wallet account and successfully activate the V-Card by completing all required identity verification (KYC) procedures.
  • Must be a resident of Eligible Countries/Regions.

If you do not see the promotion during the promotional period, you are ineligible for this promotion. Vantage reserves the right to amend or discontinue the offer at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Clients acknowledge that identity verification and compliance checks are ongoing requirements. Vantage and/or its card programme partners may request additional information or documentation, or conduct further verification, at any time. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of the V-Card and the revocation or loss of any promotional benefits.

4. Participation Requirements

For the purposes of this Promotion, ‘successful activation’ means that the V-Card has been issued by the licensed card issuer, activated in accordance with issuer instructions, and all required identity verification, compliance, and eligibility checks have been completed to the satisfaction of Vantage and/or its card programme partners. Activation is not deemed complete until the card is fully approved and enabled for transactions.

To participate, clients must

  • successfully activate the V-Card during the Promotion Period through:
  • The Vantage APP, under profile tab V-Card or;
  • The Client Portal, under profile tab V-Card.
  • have sufficient available balance in their V-Wallet to complete V-Card transactions.

5. Bonus or Reward Structure

5.1 V-Card Activation Spending Credit

  • Eligible clients who successfully activate the V-Card during the Promotion Period will receive a one-time promotional Spending Credit ("Spending Credit"). The amount of Spending Credit is determined by Vantage and displayed on the Promotion page at the time of participation.
  • Each client is eligible to receive the Spending Credit once only. V-Card activation and Spending Credit allocation are limited to one per client.
  • The Spending Credit is limited to 10,000 eligible clients and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to eligibility, compliance checks, and availability.

5.2 Cashback on Eligible V-Card Transactions

  • Cashback is calculated at a rate of 10% on eligible V-Card transactions made after the Spending Credit has been fully utilised. Any transaction amount covered by Spending Credit is not eligible for cashback.
  • Cashback is capped at a maximum of 20 USDT per client per calendar month.

  • Cashback is generally credited to the client’s account shortly after an eligible transaction is completed. In the event of network or system delays, crediting may take longer.
  • Vantage reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or revoke cashback in the event of non-compliance with these Terms, misuse of promotional benefits, or where required by applicable law or card issuer requirements.

6. Deposit and Withdrawal Conditions

  • The Spending Credit is for spending purposes only and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted into cash. Spending Credit is a non-withdrawable promotional balance applied solely for eligible V-Card transactions. It has no cash value, is non-transferable, and will not be refunded, reversed, or reinstated in the event of transaction reversals, refunds, or chargebacks, unless required by applicable law.

7. Card Usage Limitations

  • V-Card does not currently support Apple Pay. However, the V-Card supports Google Pay. Availability of third-party payment services is subject to card issuer, card network, and platform support and may change from time to time.

8. Disqualification

Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Violates any of the Terms;
  • Provides false or misleading information;
  • Engages in misuse of promotional benefits, Spending Credit abuse, or transactions intended primarily to exploit the Promotion;
  • Engages in suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive card usage, including activity that circumvents limits, issuer controls, or compliance requirements.

9. Modification and Termination

Vantage reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, suspend, withdraw, or terminate this Promotion, or to amend any of these Terms, at any time, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to removing, deducting, withholding, cancelling, or reversing any promotional benefit granted under this Promotion.

Without limiting the foregoing, if a client’s V-Card is suspended, restricted, terminated, cancelled, or otherwise rendered unusable at any time, whether temporarily or permanently, for any reason including but not limited to actions taken by the card issuer or card programme partners relating to compliance, regulatory, legal, security, fraud prevention, risk management, eligibility, or card issuer requirements, Vantage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke, cancel, withhold, or reverse, in whole or in part, any promotional benefits associated with the V-Card activation.

This includes, without limitation, any unutilised Spending Credit, any pending, accrued, or future cashback, and any promotional benefit that has not yet been fully settled or credited. No compensation shall be payable in respect of any revoked, cancelled, or reversed promotional benefit, except where required by applicable law.

Any amendments, updates, or termination of the Promotion will be communicated via email and/or published on the Vantage website or Client Portal.

10. Local Laws and Jurisdiction

This Promotion is subject to the laws and regulations of the British Virgin Islands. By participating, you agree that any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be governed by and resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Liability

Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Vantage's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the total value of any promotional benefits actually granted to the client under this Promotion.

DEFINITIONS

1. V-Wallet refers to a wallet service accessible through Vantage’s platform, subject to eligibility and applicable laws. Vantage facilities access to this service but does not directly store or manage client funds/assets.

2. V-Card is a virtual payment card made available by Vantage and issued by a licensed third-party card issuer in Singapore, enabling clients to make eligible online payments and other spending transactions at merchants where the applicable card network is accepted, subject to the applicable debit card terms and conditions.

3. Spending Credit is a non-withdrawable promotional benefit for eligible V-Card spending only and does not constitute credit, lending, or any form of credit facility, nor does it require repayment by the client.

4. Third-Party Payment Services refers to external digital payment services, including but not limited to Apple Pay and Google Pay, where supported by the card issuer and card network.

5. Eligible Client refers to clients who meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the Promotion, as specified in these Terms.

6. Eligible Countries/Regions refers to the countries or regions where the Promotion is accessible to clients through their Client Portal, subject to local laws and regulations.

7. Cashback refers to the promotional reward granted to eligible clients based on eligible V-Card spending, calculated at the rate specified in the Promotion’s terms.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

a. Participation in this Promotion is subject to the client maintaining a valid V-Wallet and satisfying all applicable eligibility, identity verification, compliance, and approval requirements imposed by Vantage and/or its card programme partners.

b. The V-Card is a payment product intended solely for eligible spending transactions. It must not be used to fund margin, leveraged, derivative, or trading activities, whether directly or indirectly, in accordance with card issuer and card network rules.

c. Vantage reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate participation in the Promotion where required by law, regulation, card issuer requirements, or where misuse of promotional benefits, Spending Credit abuse, or attempts to circumvent eligibility or limits are identified.

d. Clients are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local laws, regulations, and card issuer terms before participating in the Promotion.

e. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Vantage harmless from any claims arising from participation in offers, including violations of terms or applicable laws.

f. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
